Having gathered and compiled the Business & Functional Requirements via client interviews and workshops, a Statement of Requirements is produced. This details exactly what the system will be able to do and gives solid evidence to the client that we have understood and will deliver their brief.
Following review and sign-off of this, a Design Brief and Technical Specification / Agile Plan are developed with the client lead, to ensure clear definition of the solution components, priorities and timelines.
